Using the service

KiddieWordle is a free word-game website. You may use it for personal enjoyment, for your children, in a classroom, in a library, in any context where access to a free web game is appropriate. You don't need to register, agree to anything onerous, or accept any subscription.

Acceptable use

Please don't do these things on our site:

• Attempt to scrape our word lists, bypass rate limits, or run automated agents that aren't a normal browser.
• Reverse-engineer the game and republish it as your own.
• Use the site to host or distribute content that violates third-party rights.
• Attack the site, attempt to access data not intended for you, or otherwise interfere with normal operation.

We reserve the right to block access (typically by IP) from sources that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The KiddieWordle name, logo, design, and underlying code are owned by Legacy Bridge Alliance Group. Game content (the puzzle, difficulty levels, word lists) is curated by us. Standard English vocabulary is in the public domain, but our curation, ordering, and difficulty assignments are ours.

You may link to the site freely. Embedding the game on another site or app requires permission — contact us.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is." We try to keep it running, fast, and bug-free, but we don't promise it will always be available, that words will always be perfect English, or that you'll never see a bug. If something breaks for your kid mid-game, we're sorry, and we appreciate a bug report at the contact page.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us to access the site, which is zero dollars.

Age

The site is open to all ages. We don't collect personal information, so there's no age-gate to navigate. Young children should be supervised by an adult, as with any internet use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. If we make a material change, we'll post a notice on the homepage for at least 30 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, where Legacy Bridge Alliance Group is registered.
